No excuses! 10 minutes and only using body weight – no equipment.

Do you make up excuses as to why you cannot work out?  Yeah – we all do, at times.  Well, at least many of us do.  I am guilty of this myself. No matter how good it is for me, no matter how much it helps more and more as I get older, no matter how much I love the results, I still make excuses.  Now, these excuses aren’t for anyone else. They are to me. I’m here to tell you, as long as you are able to (no injuries, etc.)there is no reason you can’t work out for 10 short minutes.  I have many reviews on this blog site for 10 minute workouts from the past – check them out.  But for today, I found a workout on YouTube that I thought was very effective. I neither endorse this site or know much about it. I am only saying, I really enjoyed this workout. I will check out some other ones on other days to let you know how they are.

Of course, always check with your physician before embarking on any new exercise regimen.

Have a good workout. If this workout is too intense, look for another one.  There are no excuses anymore. Everything is right at our fingertips.
